Osian’s-Cinefan, 10th Festival of Asian and Arab Cinema will be held in New Delhi from 10 - 20 July 2008. The Festival accepts feature films and short fiction films (new!) for screening at its festival in 35mm or Digital Beta PAL or in Betacam SP PAL. All non-English films and videos must be subtitled in English. Please refer to Rules and Regulations for more details on eligibility.

Indian Mosaic Films by Indian directors made between 2006 and 2008
Cross-Cultural Encounters Films of any origin that showcase a cross-cultural connection.
Short Films Short fiction films (duration - under 40 minutes) of any genre from Asian, Indian or Arab Countries, made between May 2007 and April 2008 (no multi-media video formats such as AVI, windows media format – WMF – mpeg, quick time, real video or shockwave will be accepted).
Screeners / Preview tapes [VHS (PAL) or VCD or on DVD] format must reach the Festival office by 15 April 2008. All non-English language films must be subtitled in English. Screeners must be accompanied by stills and publicity material as well other information as given below. The material will be retained by the Festival for archival purposes.
